Act now to convert your points before they lapse

I was looking at the photos from last weekend’s trip to the botanical gardens. The orchids were absolutely stunning, especially the deep purple ones near the entrance. I ended up taking almost a hundred pictures! My phone storage is crying. Anyway, I was thinking we should plan another outing soon, maybe a hiking trail this time. I heard there is a great loop trail up north that is supposed to be blooming with wildflowers this time of year. It's not too difficult, so the kids could come along too. Let me know if that sounds like fun. I know a great spot for a picnic lunch nearby. We could make a whole day of it. Hope you are doing well.

Have you ever tried fermenting your own vegetables? I started a small batch of kimchi last week and it is surprisingly easy. Just cabbage, salt, garlic, and gochugaru. The hardest part is waiting for it to ferment properly. I tried some yesterday and it was already getting that nice tangy flavor. I am thinking of trying pickles next. Let me know if you want some pointers. It is a fun kitchen project and it saves a bit of money compared to buying the fancy jars at the store. Plus, it is super healthy for your gut. Let me know what you think about all this. I hope you are having a great week.
