I looked over the weekend plan and I think the afternoon timing makes more sense.
The earlier slot may be hard for people coming from across town, especially if the trains are running slower again.
If we shift the start by an hour, there is also more room to sort supplies, set up the table layout, and leave a few minutes for changes without making everyone wait around.
I can bring the list, label the boxes, and handle the check-in notes if that helps.
