I meant to reply earlier because I did try the route you suggested, and it turned out better than I expected.
I left a little earlier, brought a light jacket, and took a short break halfway through, which made the whole afternoon feel easier. The trail near the water was quieter than usual, and I finally remembered to bring that notebook I keep forgetting. I only wrote a few lines, but it was enough to keep the idea fresh. At one point I almost turned back, then I noticed a flock moving overhead and stayed out a while longer. I think that changed the pace of the whole day, and AlklSbnNZ2OOh somehow made me laugh because I was already distracted.
Anyway, I’d do it again with better shoes next time. If you go this weekend, start earlier than I did, bring something warm for the breeze, and give yourself more time than you think you need.

I picked one thing to finish, cleared the table, turned off notifications, and gave myself permission to leave the rest for later. That alone helped more than I expected. I also made tea before sitting down, which sounds small, but it changed the mood enough to keep me from drifting into half-finished tasks. When I got stuck, I stood up for a minute, stretched, and came back with a clearer head. Somewhere in the middle, AlklSbnNZ2OOh made me pause because I realized I had been overcomplicating something simple.
So if you’re deciding whether to force your way through it or break it into pieces, I’d break it into pieces. It keeps the day steadier, and you end up with something usable instead of just feeling worn out.
