Hi everyone, just following up on the Q3 project roadmap. I reviewed the feedback from the stakeholder meeting yesterday. It looks like we need to adjust the timeline for the initial rollout phase by about two weeks to accommodate the additional data migration steps. Also, I wanted to clarify the training schedule for the new system. We have three sessions planned for the first week of August, but I am thinking we should add an optional fourth session specifically for the advanced reporting features. Let me know if you think that is necessary or if we can cover it within the existing modules. The budget allocation for the consultant hours has been finalized, so we can proceed with booking the external trainers. I will send out a revised calendar invite later this afternoon. Please review the updated project plan and send over any remaining questions before the end of the week so we can finalize the agenda for the kickoff meeting.

I checked the trail conditions for the upcoming weekend trip to Mount Rainier. The forecast looks mostly clear but there is a chance of afternoon thundershowers near the higher elevations. I think we should plan for the shorter loop trail on Saturday and keep the more strenuous hike for Sunday morning if the weather holds. I also looked into the campsite availability and we are confirmed for Site 47 at the Cougar Rock campground. Regarding gear, I am bringing the portable stove and a large tent. Could you bring the cooking utensils and the first aid kit? I will also pack some extra fuel canisters just in case. Let me know if you want to adjust the departure time from what we discussed earlier. I am aiming to leave around 6 AM on Friday to beat the traffic. Also, do we need to bring any additional bear spray or will the one canister be enough for the group?
