I looked over everything this morning and I think the easiest approach is to keep it simple and just pick one option before the list gets too long.
I usually stall when there are too many small tasks competing for attention, so I started writing them down in the order they can realistically get done.
That helped more than I expected because it made the day feel less busy and more manageable. I also moved the short errands earlier so the afternoon stays open if anything changes.
If you want, I can send the outline I made and you can adjust anything that seems off. I am not attached to the exact sequence, I just wanted a version that feels easy to follow.
I should be free later to compare notes, and I do not mind revising it once we have a better sense of timing.

I can make time tomorrow, and honestly that may be better because I will be less rushed and can focus on the details without jumping between tasks.
Today turned into one of those days where every small thing arrived at once, and each item looked simple until I tried to fit it into the same hour.
I still made progress, just not in the neat order I had planned. If you send your notes tonight, I will read through them before breakfast and mark up the spots that feel unclear.
I am usually better at seeing structure after I sleep on it, so an early review may actually be more useful than a hurried reply now.
Also, if plans shift again, that is fine with me. I would rather adjust thoughtfully than pretend the original idea still works when it obviously needs a refresh.
