I was just thinking about that documentary on ocean exploration we watched last week. The footage of the deep sea creatures was absolutely mesmerizing. I had no idea bioluminescence worked like that in the midnight zone. My coworker mentioned there is a follow-up episode coming out next month. I am already looking forward to it. I finally got around to trying that pasta recipe you sent me last month. It turned out really well even though I substituted mushrooms for the chicken. The sauce was rich and flavorful and my family actually asked for seconds which is rare. I think next time I will add a bit more garlic and maybe some fresh basil on top.
