I finally got around to reading that book you recommended last month and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed it. The pacing was a bit slow in the middle but the ending really tied everything together in a way I didn't see coming. I've already started the sequel and it picks up right where the first one left off. Also I wanted to ask if you've tried that new bakery on the corner of 5th and Main yet. I stopped in yesterday and grabbed a loaf of sourdough and some of those chocolate cookies you like. The sourdough had a great crust and the inside was perfectly chewy.
