I think the best approach for Saturday is to have everyone bring a side dish and we will handle the main course. We have about fifteen people confirmed so far and the weather forecast looks good. We should set up the tables in the backyard under the awning in case it gets too warm. If you could bring extra chairs that would help a lot since we only have eight. The kids can play in the yard while the adults visit. We will start around two in the afternoon and plan to eat around four. Let me know if you think we need more beverages or if anyone has dietary restrictions I should know about. I was thinking we could do a simple menu with burgers and grilled chicken plus a few salads. Nothing too complicated since we want to actually enjoy the day too. Sarah mentioned she might bring her famous potato salad which would be great. Let me know what you think about the timing and if you need help with anything on your end.

I have been looking at the schedule for next month and thinking we should shift the meeting to the second Tuesday instead of the first since a few people have conflicts. The library has a conference room available on that date and I think it would work better than trying to meet at a coffee shop. We can reserve it for two hours and they have a projector if anyone wants to share visuals about the reading. The book we picked is fairly long so giving everyone an extra week makes sense. I will send out a calendar invite once we settle on the time. We should probably decide on the next three selections at this meeting so we can stay ahead of things. If you have any suggestions for future reads please send them my way before the meeting. I know everyone has different tastes but I think we have found a good rhythm with alternating fiction and non-fiction. Let me know if the second Tuesday works for you or if you need a different option. We can also start a group chat if that helps coordinate more easily.
