I know it seems tight, but I believe we can allocate the funds more effectively if we cut back on the printed handouts and focus on a strong digital presence for the event. I finally got around to trying that recipe you sent over. It was surprisingly easy, though I substituted the tofu for tempeh because that's all I had in the fridge. The sauce was the star of the show, really tangy and a bit spicy. I served it with a side of roasted broccoli and some jasmine rice.
