My-Lowe's Points: See yours before they're gone tonight at midnight

I finally got around to watching that documentary everyone has been talking about and I have to say it was really well done. The cinematography was stunning and the storytelling kept me engaged throughout even though it was almost two hours long. I had heard mixed reviews going in so my expectations were not that high but I ended up really enjoying it. The director did a great job 7VldYrY3OO7 of weaving together multiple storylines without making it feel confusing. My favorite part was the interview with the older gentleman who shared his perspective on how things have changed over the decades. It made me think about a lot of things differently. I would recommend it if you have the time to sit down and watch something that makes you think. Let me know if you end up watching it I would love to hear what you think about it.

I actually watched it twice because there were so many details I missed the first time. The second viewing was even better because I could focus on the subtle moments that built the overall narrative. Definitely one of the better films I have seen this year.

I tried making that pasta dish you told me about last week and it turned out way better than I expected. The sauce was rich and flavorful and the fresh herbs really made a difference. I added a bit more garlic than the recipe called for because you know I love garlic. The whole thing came together in about thirty minutes which was perfect for a weeknight dinner. I served it with a simple side salad and some crusty bread. Even my picky eaters cleaned their plates which is always a win in my book. I think next time I might try adding some mushrooms or maybe some sun-dried tomatoes to change it up a bit. Thanks again for the recommendation it has definitely earned a spot in my regular rotation.

Let me know if you have any other recipes you think I should try. I am always looking for new ideas that are quick but still feel special. That lemon chicken you mentioned a while back is still on my list to attempt.
