Yeah I totally get what you mean about the timing not working out for everyone. We had the same issue last month trying to get a group together. I finally watched that documentary you mentioned and I have to say it was really well done. The pacing was a bit slow in the middle but the second half more than made up for it. Some of the interviews were really insightful especially the one with the older gentleman who talked about how things have changed over the decades. I ended up going down a rabbit hole reading more about the subject afterward. There is actually a podcast series that covers similar ground if you are interested. I can send you the link. Also I have been trying out that bread recipe you gave me and I think I am getting closer to getting it right. The first couple of tries were a bit dense but the last one had a much better crumb.
