I finally got around to reading that book you mentioned last month. The pacing was fantastic and the characters felt really well developed. I stayed up way too late on Tuesday just to finish the last few chapters. Have you read anything else by the same author? I'd love to find something similar to dive into next.
Also, I booked our camping trip for the first weekend of next month. I reserved site number seven because it has the best shade and is closest to the water refill station. Let me know if you want to help plan the menu. I was thinking of keeping it simple this time—maybe just foil packets and s'mores.
The weather forecast looks promising so far. Fingers crossed it holds up and the bugs aren't too bad. I picked up a new hammock last week and I'm excited to try it out.

Thanks for the update on the community art class. I think I'm going to sign up for the evening session on Thursdays. It works better with my schedule since I usually have Fridays off. I've been looking for a creative outlet that doesn't involve a screen all day.
I used to paint a little in college and really miss it. Let me know if you need a ride to the first class—I'm happy to pick you up since it's on my way. On another note, I tried that new ramen place you recommended downtown. It was fantastic. The broth had so much depth and the noodles were perfectly chewy.
We'll definitely have to go back and try their appetizers next time. Thanks again for the suggestion. I'm always on the lookout for good local spots.
