I have a meeting next week on Thursday. It is set for 9:30 in the morning at the main office. I checked my calendar and I have nothing else that day until the afternoon. I told Sarah I would bring the printed copies of the budget summary. She asked me to also bring the notes from last month's call. I printed those yesterday and put them in a folder by the front door. I was thinking we could go over the new schedule first, then talk about the invoice problem. That is what we did last time and it worked okay. I plan to leave the house by 8:15 so I have time to find parking. After the meeting I will come straight home and send out the summary.

I changed the meeting to Thursday at 2 PM. The old time was Tuesday at 9 AM, and that did not work for two people. I checked the room schedule and Thursday at 2 PM has the small conference room open. I sent the new invite this morning. We will keep the same agenda and keep the meeting to 30 minutes.
