AAA Courtesy Road Kit Available for Licensed Drivers

I think the best approach for the potluck would be to ask everyone to bring a dish that reflects their heritage or a family tradition. That way we get variety and personal stories. We need to coordinate main dishes versus sides so there isn't all pasta and no vegetables. Could you handle reaching out to the group and setting up a shared spreadsheet where people list what they plan to bring and any dietary notes? I can follow up with folks who haven't filled in by the week before. For setup, we can use the picnic tables out back and string up some lights. The weather forecast looks mild so outdoor dining should work fine. Let me know if you want help making a sign-up sheet or if you prefer a different approach to organizing the dishes. Also should we assign beverages or just let everyone bring their own?

Thank you for being part of this program for your community. We hope the kit provides added peace of mind on the road.

I have been looking into the community garden plot assignment for next season. The committee wants to rotate crops more deliberately this year and also expand the herb section. If you are still interested in the plot near the fence line, I can reserve it for you, but I need to know by Thursday if you want that spot or a raised bed instead. The soil test results came back and show we need to amend the pH in that corner area. I have a source for organic compost if we order together. Also, the tool shed needs reorganizing before the first planting weekend. Are you available to help sort and label things next Saturday morning? We can grab coffee after. Let me know your preference on the plot and whether Saturday works for you.
