Team huddle notes from Tuesday:
We need to finalize the community garden layout by Friday. Elena will draft a proposal for raised beds and pathways.
Marcus suggested we reach out to the local hardware store for tool donations. I think we should also check with the county extension office for soil testing.
Lunch break discussion shifted to the upcoming potluck - everyone is bringing a dish from their hometown. Sarah is making lasagna, Tom is bringing tamales.
The afternoon session covered volunteer scheduling for the next two weekends. We have 12 people confirmed for Saturday and 8 for Sunday.
A reminder that safety vests must be worn during any construction activities.
Also, the city council meeting is next Thursday at 7pm; we need a representative to present our project update. Alex volunteered.
Finally, we ordered new office chairs after the old ones were deemed unsafe. Delivery is expected by the 15th. |
