I think the scheduling approach we mapped out should work well for everyone. The venue confirmed availability for the dates we discussed and the setup team can arrive an hour early to prepare. We will need to finalize the headcount by Wednesday so they can adjust the seating and catering accordingly. I spoke with the coordinator and she said the sound system was upgraded recently so that should help with clarity. Let me know if you want to shift any of the timing based on what works best for your group. I can adjust the plan accordingly.

I looked into the recommendation you sent over and it seems like a solid option for what we are trying to accomplish. The setup is straightforward and the requirements are fairly minimal so we should be able to get started without much delay. I checked with a couple of people who have used it before and they mentioned the learning curve is manageable. The support team also seems responsive based on the threads I read. I think we can move forward with this approach and adjust as we go if needed.
