I think the movie we watched last night was actually better than I expected. The ending caught me off guard. I wasn't sure about the cast at first but they grew on me. I'd recommend giving it a try if you haven't seen it yet.

I just finished reading that book you recommended. It started slow but really picked up. The characters had depth and the plot twists were surprising. I can see why you liked it so much.
