Your AARP sign-up is still awaiting action

I was trying to pick a day for the meeting next week. Monday is usually busy for me, so I wanted to avoid that. I checked my calendar this morning and saw that Wednesday and Thursday both have space in the afternoon. Last time we met on a Tuesday, and that worked fine for most people. I was thinking we could do Wednesday at 2 PM. That would still leave Thursday open if someone needs to move it. I asked two people this afternoon, and they both said Wednesday worked better than Thursday. I had also thought about Friday, but one person is out that day. So I want to send a note tonight and say Wednesday at 2 PM. I will see if the room is free in the morning. If it is not free, I will change it to 3 PM the same day. I just want to get it settled before the end of this week.

I'm meeting with Sam and Dana next Tuesday. We picked 11 AM because that's the only slot all three of us have open. I checked my calendar from last month, and every other time I tried to set something with them it ended up at 4 PM or later. This will be my first morning meeting with them, which I think will help since the topic needs everyone fresh. We're going to go over the new schedule and decide who handles the first two weeks. I already wrote down three questions I want to ask, mostly about how the handoff works and what to do if someone is out sick. After the meeting I plan to send a short summary email so nothing gets forgotten.
